Required to be stamped on a specification 3A and 3AA cylinders where an extension of 5 year to 10 year requalification is allowed.
Star stamping should only be done by those that are familiar with 49CFR section 180-209(b). For those licensed in the US and Canada your license application must show that you are star stamping cylinders.
