Inspection Form As Required By DOT For Eddy Current Inspection On 6351-T6 Alloy Aluminum Cylinders. All of the required information per Title49 section 180 Appendix C is included on this form.

• 15 Inspections per sheet


• 25 sheets per pad

If you are requalifying aluminum cylinders using the 6351-T6 alloy – you must record the inspection as part of the requalification procedure every 5 years.
